As Great Royal Wife, I, Basteta-Tiye, helps to govern the Two Lands. If you would like to have an audience with the Queen in role play this is the place to make the request. Please keep in mind that the Royal Court does travel about Kemet. The post can either be co-written with me or simply submitted for a review for protocol (especially if you put words in my mouth.)

offerings of love, honour and friendship Author: ankhbastet Date: 06-28-01 00:19 the royal lady's handmaid approaches with a lovely cedar box carved as a hymn to the great cat. offering the scroll that accompanyed it, the maid sets the box on the table next to basteta's elbow and withdraws. the smell from the box, alerts the royal wife to both the sender and the contents, so basteta opens the scroll and reads the words of duty that masked the joy and pride her chief priest found in her new and well-deserved position. all was currently well at the temple, building was commencing apace and per-bast was relatively tranquil-as much as a bustling commerce and religious city can be. the soap and wig cones included were the fruit of the last harvest of lotus flowers, with the hint of the foriegn flower called rose and the sacred scent of sandlewood. taking a deep breath of the lovely scent, the royal wife continued on her day's journey.

Or do you desire something to eat ? I have set out four different gowns for you to choose from, which will you wear ? The soft green to set off your eyes, the beutiful White one with the trim of Rubies...perhaps, the deep purple one with Gold trim or the pale Yellow one that holds the special memories of the night that you and "he" first spoke to each other ?
